Providing thorough, professional expertise for all your home pest management needs!
-The Professionals
The bi-monthly general pest control is our staple pest control service. We spray around the perimeter of the structure every other month to create a barrier to prevent outside pests from entering the building. Our chemical has a "flush" that some insects can detect and will generally avoid the area. However, if an insect crawls through the barrier it will die. Conversely, it is completely safe for children and pets once it dries, per the legal label wording.
This barrier prevents a wide range of insects from entering the house including: Palmetto Bugs (American and Smoky Brown cockroaches), Earwigs, Millipedes, Centipedes, a host of spider species and any other unwanted outdoor insect looking to shelter inside.

The integrated pest management service is tailored to your specific needs. We identify your specific pest and design and implement a multifaceted approach to control the pest.
For German roaches we schedule a monthly service where we will incorporate a combination of sprays, baits, growth inhibitors, powders, and/or vapors to control them. The German cockroach is very prolific so we integrate several of these strategies to bring them to the desired control threshold, which is zero.
For Grubs, Fleas, and Red Imported Fire Ants we do a complete yard spray. We have a four month and a twelve month program. Prices vary.

Whether it is a pre-treatment or post-treatment for subterranean termites, we will create a barrier in the soil and void spaces to protect your home or structural building with a powerful termiticide that will provide protection for many years to come.
During the following annual inspections, we will thoroughly inspect the crawlspace or slab home for signs of subterranean termite activity or any damage they may have caused. While we are there, we will also check the moisture levels to insure they are within a safe range to prevent wood damaging fungi from growing.
We will even inspect the water supply and drain lines for leaks or damage as we know most home owners will never see the underside of their homes. We do this all as a courtesy for you and for your home's protection.
Don't have a termite bond on your house? Call today to schedule a free inspection and estimate.
We will do a comprehensive survey of your property to identify potential breeding and harborage sites in the yard adjacent to your home and will eliminate or treat these areas.
Then, we will treat the surrounding areas with a chemical which has a low impact to bees and other pollinators. We reate a zone around your home (generally 15' from the structure or where people gather like pools or decks) that will repel most mosquitoes and be fatal to the ones that land in the treated areas.
Why? Not only are the mosquitoes an itchy nuisance, they also carry a number of diseases including Zika, West Nile, Avian Flu, Malaria, Yellow and Dengue Fevers.
Selling your home? Many buyers and lending companies require a Wood Infestation Report, or "Termite Letter".
In addition, we look for a number of wood destroying organisms and other issues.
These include: Termites, Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Powderpost Beetles, Old House Borer Beetles, Active Water Leaks, and Excessive Moisture that can lead to wood destroying fungi and rot.
Plus, we are not in the repair business so you can rest assured that our reports will be honest and accurate. We have nothing to gain by "finding" things that need to be repaired.

There are several species of roaches living in South Carolina. They fall into two categories: Occasional Invaders and Resident Invaders. The occasional invaders are usually the Smokybrown, American, and the Oriental cockroaches. The resident cockroach invaders are usually the German or Brown-banded cockroaches. We will identify the specific type of cockroach and devise and implement a tailored integrated pest control strategy for your location, situation and circumstances.
