Inside and outside treatment for the occasional invader or for the "just in case" peace of mind. Payment due at time of service.

We treat around the outside of the home to establish a barrier to keep insects out. (Inside and outside for the first trip. Inside and garages upon request thereafter.) This service includes the removal of spider webs and wasp nests as needed. Payment due every other month.

German roaches are very prolific and can go from hatching to breeding in just over 30 days (depending on conditions). We apply a multi-pronged Integrated Pest Management strategy where we use baits as well as various insecticides.  It is imperative we eliminate all of the roaches before stopping service.  Otherwise, they will repopulate and all the previous efforts, and your money, is wasted.  Neither one of us wants that.

During the mosquito season we will treat the resting sites where mosquitoes land to help protect you and your family. This is generally 15 feet around the house or where people gather. We will look for and treat any breeding sites we find and help you recognize potential breeding sites. In this way we have a concerted effort to protect you and your family. On the non-mosquito seasons, short as they are here in SC, we can drop back to the bi-monthly program and rates. No need for both services.

We will come and do a through inspection for termites.  We will sketch, and measure your home and then give you an individualized estimate and treatment strategy specific to YOUR home. Upon agreement, we will treat your home and issue a Lifetime/Transferable Bond which covers $50,000 of structural damage to the home. (Provided the bond is maintained by the annual renewal fees and inspections.) If termites are later found, we will spot treat to meet or exceed state standards.

Red Imported Fire Ants are a nuisance and potentially dangerous pest. They can cause painful stings and bites. We use the "Texas Two-step Method" to treat the yard. First, we use a liquid insecticide and follow up about two weeks later with a granular insecticide.

This treatment is typically used to rid a yard of the mole's food source to discourage moles from foraging and leaving tunnels in the yard.

Fleas (typically the Cat Flea) can infest a home regardless of the presence of animals if the yard is already infested. We will treat the yard and the inside of the home for fleas.  It is imperative all animals be treated for fleas and pet bedding be washed as part of the treatment. This falls to the homeowner.

Power dusting into the crawlspace helps eliminate insects that like to harbor there (for example.- spiders, cockroaches). Many termite and pest control customers like to add this service on once a year for the added peace of mind and for the added value. It can also be done as a stand alone service and is coupled with a garage pest treatment.

Carpenter ants typically infest trees that are damaged. However, they can establish satellite nests in our homes and commute back and forth with the main nest.- AND, they do it all under the cover of darkness. (Sneaky, eh?!) Evidence of a carpenter ant infestation includes unexplained piles of sawdust that includes insect parts. Since they are so elusive, it takes a few trips to eliminate both nests.

Selling your home? Many buyers and lending companies require a Wood Infestation Report, or "Termite Letter".

In addition, we look for a number of wood destroying organisms and other issues.

These include: Termites, Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Powderpost Beetles, Old House Borer Beetles, Active Water Leaks, and Excessive Moisture that can lead to wood destroying fungi and rot.

Plus, we are not in the repair business so you can rest assured that our reports will be honest and accurate.
